At the start of every week pick an achievable goal that is easily attainable and that you will do for the entire week. When setting your goals consider what types of things will contribute to your long term goals and becoming the best version of you. Examples: I will only eat one dessert. I will work out three days. I will floss my teeth every day. I will smile at 5 strangers. Make sure you change it up each week!
The beauty of these short term goals is that as you attain them, you grow in confidence and get one step closer to those overarching New Year’s Resolutions keeping you on track all year long!
